what is goddam wrong with satur and teddy casiño? they allege that the case hurled against satur is politically motivated by his political rivals and questions the validity of the arrest warrant issued agaisnt him.

first, the warrant was issued by the court of Leyte, an independent apoltical branch of the government. the executive department cannot dictate on the court what to do otherwise anyone who should do so will be charged with commanding the judicial department, as duly penalized by the revised penal code.

second, he was saying that eh cannot possibly do what is being charged against him because he was in jail when he purportedly did it. i think satur should first think and read the law before he opens his mouth for the sake of saying something. in the revised penal code, one may be charged as principal by direct participation, meaning the one so charged was the exact person who consummated the crime. but eventhough a person may have not directly consummated the crime, he may be charged accordingly as principal by inducement, meaning the person so charged induced the principal by direct participation to consummate the crime. so being jailed in the year the alleged murder was consummated is not a defense for satur. and, if he really is not guilty then he can tell and prove that before the court! goddamit!

the issuance of the warrant of arrest, together with the custodial investigation, preliminary investigation, and preventive detention, are duly mandated by the law, the same law satur and teddy casiño braggingly protect.

i am so sick and tired of these people! for the sake of saying something bad to the against administration they would assume that the people are stupid to believe every mince of word they say.

and one more thing, i am so damn sick seeing these peopel in the street and allegedly fighting for the rule of law and at the same time break it as well. case in point, he had to be hand-carried from his cell to the waiting vehicle for his scheduled transport from MPD to leyte. well, that is a crime of Resistance as duly penalized by the revised penal code. and then he still has the gall to appear before media after it and say that his lawyers are studying the possible violations of the law the law enforcers have committed for bullying him from MPD towards Leyte. goddam you!
